Travel Insurance We have arranged a special Holiday Insurance Scheme through A&H Risk
Services Limited (the insurance is underwritten by a leading Association of British Insurers (ABI) Insurance company; Professional Travel Insurance Limited) for any person travelling on any
holidays advertised in this Brochure (subject to medical conditions). The full terms, conditions and exclusions are incorporated in the Policy Documents, which alone constitutes the contract of insurance between the Insured Person and the Insurers. In the event of a dispute regarding the terms and conditions of this insurance the terms and conditions of the Policy Documents shall prevail. Shown below are brief details only. A more detailed summary will be sent to you with your confirmation of booking and of course, you may inspect the Policy Documents at our offices.
Unless specifically agreed in writing to the contrary this Insurance shall be subject to English Law. This insurance is sold in accordance with the ABI Code of Conduct.
The terms outlined below are correct at time of printing but may be subject to change.

Health Conditions
Your policy contains restrictions regarding pre-existing medical conditions concerning your health, the health of people travelling with you and of other people upon whose health the trip may depend. You are advised to read your policy carefully. Please note that any claim for either medical, cancellation or curtailment arising directly or indirectly as a result of a medical condition of the insured, the insurer’s travelling companion, a relative or close business associate of the insured or his travelling companion, or the person with whom the insured has arranged to stay whilst on the trip which has been suffered or for which medication, advise or treatment has been received within twelve 12 month prior to the date of application and after the date of application and prior to the time of booking a trip for the purposes of an annual multi-trip policy, is excluded from cover under the policy, unless declared to and agreed by the Underwriter with any required additional premium and/or amendments to policy conditions.
You will need specific approval to cover any pre-existing conditions and YOU MUST telephone the Medical Screening Line on 0870 444 6910. This service is available between 0900 and 1700 Monday to Friday. We may need specific medical reports to provide you with cover, if so, you will responsible for the costs of obtaining these.

Warranty
The Insured Person warrants that at the time of effecting this insurance: -
A) No circumstances are known that are likely to lead to cancellation or curtailment of the holiday (e.g. the known health condition of a close relative).
B) The Insured Person has disclosed all material facts concerning this insurance to the Insurers.
C) No travel will be undertaken against a medical practitioner’s advice.

Policies

Individual policies will be issued, you will receive a summary of the cover and notice that insurance is in place will be shown on your confirmation of booking form provided that the appropriate premium is paid with your deposit.

Emergency Claims Assistance Service
A 24 hour emergency service operated by Medi-Call Limited (+44 1273 321 976) is available so that any Insured Person may request help in the event of an emergency overseas relating to medical problems for which the cost would be recoverable under the Personal Accident and Medical Expenses Sections.

Couple and Single Parent Family rates available on request.
69-85 years – double premium. Require medical screening.
Children under 18 at date of return from trip – half the Adult rate Infants under 2 on date of return from trip FREE if accompanied by an Insured Adult.

‘Family’ – Up to four Children under the age of 18 (under 24 if dependant full-time students) at the date of return from trip.
Premiums are inclusive of 17.5% Insurance Premium Tax and subject to change on any amendment to that tax or its rate.

The limits of cover are:
1. Personal Accident
A) Death £10,000
B) Loss of Limb(s) or Sight in one or both Eyes, or Permanent Total Disablement £20,000
2. Medical Expenses Up to £5,000,000
3. Hospital Benefit £20 per day Up to £1,000
4. Baggage, Personal Effects Up to £1,500 (Limit any one-article pair or set £300) Delayed Baggage (12 Hours) Up to £100
5. Money (Cash Limit £200) inc. Loss of Passport Expenses Up to £300
6. Personal Liability Up to £2,000,000
7. Delay Departure exceeding 12 Hours Either
A) £20 after the first 12 hours delay, £10 after each subsequent full 12 hours Up to £600
or
B) Outward Journey Only should the client decide to cancel after 24 hours Up to £5,000
8. Cancellation, Loss of Deposit Up to £5,000
9. Curtailment Up to £5,000
10. Missed Departure Up to £600
11. Legal Expenses Up to £15,000 Excesses: Section 2, 4, 5, 6, 7b), 8, 9, 10 & 11 - £40 per insured

Enclosing your confirmation of booking invoice and any other documentary evidence you may have in support of your claim. For cancellation claims please also enclose the invoice showing
Whitehall Leisure’s cancellation charges.

In all correspondence please quote your reference number as shown on the certificate issued to you.
